职位描述

Implementation of processes for innovation management 1.Contribute to KOL identification and maintaining a KOL network for the selected applications with sales team 2.Contribute to new products solution ideas collections and screening for corporate product development 3.Contribute to the evaluation of business and market potential for new solution ideas 4.Contribute to the evaluation of buy-in, licensing and partnership opportunities for the technologies 5.Contribute to the defining and maintaining of product solution portfolio and define study and development projects orders 6.Contribute to the alignment if product/solution portfolio with resources available ,check external development options 7.Provide product care management for applications solutions, with lifecycle management, customer liaision,define engineering change order 8.Manage phase out of applications solutions Product lifecycle management 1.Monitor revenues and market share of assigned product 2.Monitor and analyze competitor products 3.Manage and provide all necessary documentation according to the actual product development process 4.Travel with the sales force to visit key customers. 5.Develop new product applications/protocols with customers and outside partners 6.Support regions with product specific application or technical information 7.Develop sales argument and pitfalls for competition 8.Monitor customer needs and ensure product still fulfills them 9.Identify BOL’S to propose product extensions or new product ideas and give guidance to marketing manager 10.Provide and update marketing and technical literature to support product 11.Optimize product portfolio for assigned product (reductions,deletions,changes) 12.Share/consolidate product feedback information with Marketing and other business managers Implementation off the annual Tactical Marketing Plan 1.Derive form the marketing strategy an annual tactical marketing plan including all marketing talks etc.in cooperation with Marcom and Sales for assigned applications 2.Coordinate and manage local marketing activities according to the marketing plan 3.Ensure that the planned tactical activities fit within budget allocations and monitoring the ROMI(return on marketing investment)of the activities 4.Analyze the Plan in a quarterly basis and amend where necessary 5.Support sales, marketing and service activities 6.Produce marketing and technical literature on time and in budget together the Marcom group
